    Lovely moorage with nice access to a lake for fresh water swimming...just a short 10 minute hike. Be ready for a stern tie and about 50 ft Anchorage.

    One of the most beautiful places in Desolation Sound, make sure to hike up to the lake on a sunny day for a good cool off!

    In August, the fresh water lake is like bath water!

    we have such great waterfalls here. it was a cold day (february) so we just admired it from the boat but we saw others hiking up to see it and the lake it comes from in person. I am sure its great!

    Cassell Lake is a great swim. Anchor with stern tie is only good option.
